연구실 소개
장혁재 교수의 연구실은 주로 대사증후군, 인슐린 저항성, 그리고 그가 연관된 말초동맥경화 및 심혈관 질환의 조기 발생 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 트리글리세리드-혈액포도당 지수(TyG 지수)를 활용한 대사 상태 평가와 함께, 관상동맥 석회화, 동맥경화성 변화, 관상동맥 조영술 기반 병변 진행 등을 종합적으로 분석하여, 무증상 환자에서의 심혈관 위험 예측 모델을 개발하고자 합니다. 또한, 기계학습 기반 분석을 활용해 빠른 관상동맥 플라크 진행 위험을 사전에 식별하는 데에도 주력하고 있습니다.
