연구실 소개
한혁수 교수의 연구실은 주로 고령화 사회에 대비한 척추 및 하지 관절 치료의 정밀화와 안정성을 목표로 하며, 특히 퇴행성 관절염 환자를 대상으로 한 고도의 정밀 수술 기법과 생체재료, 세포 치료의 융합 연구를 중심으로 전개하고 있습니다. 로봇 보조 정형외과 수술의 정확성 향상, 당뇨병 환자에서의 합병증 예방 전략, 그리고 연골 수복을 위한 혈관세포 유래 간엽줄기세포의 저산소 환경에서의 분화 조절 메커니즘 등 다학제적 접근을 통해 임상적 결과의 개선을 추구하고 있습니다. 특히 장기적 임상 추적 관찰과 대규모 건강보험 데이터 분석을 기반으로 한 실증 연구가 두드러집니다.

The validity and reliability of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society functional evaluation system were evaluated using the Nottingham Health Profile, the Short Form-36, and the EuroQol protocol to measure the quality of life of patients with malignant musculoskeletal tumors.
