연구실 소개

최혁순 교수의 연구실은 위장관계 내 endoscopic 기술의 혁신을 목표로 하며, 특히 내시경을 이용한 비침습적·비수술적 치료법 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 고해상도 광음향 단층촬영(OR-PAT) 기반의 내시경 영상 기술과 내시경적 하층절제술(ESD)을 위한 첨단 기구 및 보조 장치의 개발을 통해 조기 위암 및 소견종양의 정밀 진단과 치료를 실현하고자 합니다. 또한, 비열성 레이저 치료 기반의 조직 파괴 기술인 불가역적 전기영동(Irreversible Electroporation, IRE)의 생체 내 효과와 암세포 제거 메커니즘에 대한 기초 연구도 진행 중입니다.
