강현철 교수의 연구실은 방사선 옹호 치료의 최적화와 부작용 예방을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 전신방사선치료(TBI)의 용량률이 폐독성 및 생존율에 미치는 영향, 방사선 유발 피부염 예방을 위한 성장인자 기반 외용제의 효과, 그리고 뇌종양 및 소견암 환자에서의 생물학적 마커와 치료 반응의 연관성에 대해 심층적으로 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 방사선 치료의 정밀도를 높이기 위한 VMAT 기반 골수조직 방사선 치료 계획 및 하지 림프부종의 위험 요인 분석 등 임상적 적용에 초점을 맞춘 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

신재생에너지사업의 거버넌스 분석: 구리시 소수력발전소 건설사례를 중심으로

화석연료 사용으로 인한 환경재해 및 지속가능한 에너지자원확보는 현재 우리나라뿐만 아니라전 세계적으로 중요한 사안이다. 신재생에너지는 이러한 문제의 심각성을 경감시킬 수 있는 대안으로떠오르고 있으며, 우리 정부에서도 에너지 저소비·고효율 및 청정에너지 확대를 에너지전략의핵심으로 추진하고 있다. 이에 지역자원을 활용한 재생에너지 생산 확대 등을 통해 지역의 에너지자립도를 높여가는 지역에너지(local energy)의 중요성 또한 커지고 있다. 구리시 소수력발전소건설사례는 도시하천에서 친환경적인 소수력발전 건설이 처음으로 시도되고, 지역에너지의 대표적인모델이 될 가능성이 높다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 다만, 소수력발전은 그 특성상 불가피하게도 사업과 관련된 행위주체 간 이해관계의 차이를발생시켜 갈등을 유발한다. 특히 환경파괴, 경제성, 민원 등 여러 행위주체들의 입장차이가 크며정책과정에서 이해당사자 간의 상호작용, 네트워크 변화, 제도적 환경의 영향, 환경적 변화 등의거버넌스를 형성하는 요
