연구실 소개

변효진 교수의 연구실은 소아마취 및 진정, 특히 어린이 환자 대상 약물 사용의 안전성과 유효성을 평가하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 주로 오프라벨(비승인) 약물의 임상적 사용, 흡입마취제 및 진정제의 약리동태적 분석, 초음파 유도 생검 등 첨단 영상 유도 기법을 활용한 소아 진료 기술 개발을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 소아 환자의 약리학적 반응과 환경적 요인의 영향을 고려한 개인화된 마취 전략 수립이 핵심 목표입니다.
