연구실 소개
장현준 교수 연구실은 경추 및 요추 척추외과 수술의 임상적 결과와 합병증 예측에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 경추판막성형술 후 이식체 침하, 전방경추체간유합술의 이식체 위치 영향, 성인 척추기형 수술 후 전역적 경추균형 유지와 기계적 합병증의 연관성 등 정밀한 해부학적·생물역학적 분석을 기반으로 한 개인 맞춤형 수술 전략 수립을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 다수의 경추 후방막성형증후군 환자에서 K라인과 척수점령률이 신경기능 회복에 미치는 영향을 규명하며 수술 전 평가 기준의 정교화를 추구하고 있습니다. 특히 고령 환자에서의 수술 후 단기 예후 평가 및 혈관 합병증의 조기 진단 전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.
