연구실 소개
이현국 교수의 연구실은 위암을 비롯한 다양한 암의 발병 기전을 밝히고, 특히 종양 suppressor 유전자와 관련 단백질의 발현 변화가 암 진행에 미치는 영향을 면역조직화학적 방법을 통해 체계적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 복강경 수술 기법을 활용한 담도결석 치료의 장기적 효과와 안전성에 대한 임상적 연구를 지속적으로 수행하고 있으며, 특히 T-tube 배액과 비대체 수술의 장기적 결과 비교 분석을 통해 최적의 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 최근에는 암 생물학과 수술 치료의 융합적 접근을 통해 임상적 실용성을 갖춘 연구를 선도하고 있습니다.
