Paciente de 59 anos de idade, do sexo feminino, procurou nosso departamento com queixa de obstrucao nasal a esquer-da, com dois meses de duracao. O sintoma apresentava pio-ra progressiva e, na consulta otorrinolaringologica foi detec-tado um tumor na coana esquerda. O exame endoscopico revelou um tumor unilateral com base na face superior da parte posterior do septo nasal, na cavidade nasal esquerda.
