연구실 소개

양현석 교수의 연구실은 디지털 혼합영상 기반의 고해상도 3차원 이미징 기술과 그 응용 분야에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 디지털 혼합영상에서 발생하는 스펙클 노이즈 제거를 위한 딥러닝 기반 신속한 이미지 복원 기술, 전자식 강철제련 공정에서의 슬래그 거품 제어를 위한 소프트 센서 모델링, 그리고 이동성과 기동성을 향상시키기 위한 변형 가능한 로봇 설계와 제어 기술을 핵심 연구 주제로 다룹니다. 실생활 문제 해결을 목표로 하며, 이미지 처리, 센서 기반 로봇 제어, 그리고 지능형 제조 공정 최적화 기술을 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

Speckle noise reduction for digital holographic images using multi-scale convolutional neural networks

In this Letter, we propose a fast speckle noise reduction method with only a single reconstructed image based on convolutional neural networks. Digital holography is the best tool for measuring object information data. Parallel phase-shift digital holography (PPSDH) is particularly suitable for measuring moving objects. This method generates images of objects, but the image quality is diminished because they contain abundant speckle noise. In this paper, we propose an interpolation-based algorithm to reduce the levels of speckle noise in images generated by PPSDH, thus enhancing their quality.
