연구실 소개

김형우 교수의 연구실은 만성질환, 특히 만성신질환과 대사질환의 조기 진단 및 예후 예측을 중심으로 한 임상역학 및 생물학적 마커 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 신장 기능 저하와 관련된 요소(예: 칼륨 배설, 당뇨병, 염증성 사이토카인)의 역할을 규명하고, 특히 당뇨병성 신질환, 췌장암의 전이 양상 예측, 투석 환자의 치료 효도 예측 등에 머신러닝 기반 분석을 접목하여 정밀의료에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 수술 후 합병증인 담석 형성 등 장기 기능 변화에 영향을 미치는 생리적·대사적 요인에 대해서도 종합적 분석을 진행하고 있습니다.
