김현경 교수의 연구실은 대기권의 대기 순환 메커니즘, 특히 헤이들 세포의 구조와 그에 영향을 미치는 다양한 기상 요인들에 대한 기초 이론적 연구를 중심으로 하고 있습니다. 특히 축대칭 및 비축대칭 대기 순환 모델을 활용해 바클린 에디(기상 시스템의 불안정성에 기인한 에너지 전달 현상)의 영향을 정량적으로 분석하며, 이는 기후 변화 연구와 기상 예측의 정교화에 기여합니다. 또한 생물학적 분야에서는 세포 내 전사 조절 메커니즘과 관련된 에피제네틱스, 특히 JAK2-STAT3 경로와 관련된 단백질 조절 메커니즘에 대한 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 암 발생 메커니즘과 염증 반응 조절에 대한 새로운 치료 전략 개발에 기여합니다.

A strategy is adopted that applies the mean meridional circulation (MMC) equation to two different steady states of a primitive equation model. This allows for the investigation of the mechanisms behind the sensitivity of the Hadley cell structure to individual source terms in an axisymmetric circulation. Specifically, the strategy allows the MMC response to the individual source terms to be partitioned into direct and indirect components.

We report a chromogenic and fluorescence turn-on probe based on crotonoyl ester-functionalized oxazolidinoindole for the selective detection of cysteine in neutral buffer. 커뮤니케이션 풍토가 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향

현대 경영조직은 지속적인 생존과 성장을 위하여 조직구성원들에게 지식공유를 요구한다. 그러나 지식공유는 조직차원에서는 조직 전체의 역량을 발전시키는 긍정적인 면이 있으나, 개인차원에서는 개인의 경쟁력과 수월성을 상실할 수 있는 부정적 측면이 잠재되어 있다. 따라서 조직구성원들은 지식공유 딜레마에 빠질 수 있다. 이런 상황에서 지식공유를 하고자 하는 개인의 의도는 조직의 분위기와 문화, 조직의 보상 등 다양한 요인에 의해 영향을 받게 된다. 본 연구는 경기도 및 대전, 충남 지역에 소재한 민간기업의 종업원 246명을 대상으로, 지식공유 의도를 활성화하기 위한 상하간 개방적 커뮤니케이션 풍토, 기능간 협력적 커뮤니케이션 풍토, 적절한 정보의 커뮤니케이션 풍토의 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 상하간 개방적 커뮤니케이션 풍토와 적절한 정보의 커뮤니케이션 풍토는 지식공유 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기능간 협력적 커뮤니케이션 풍토는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다
