연구실 소개
조익준 교수의 연구실은 심폐소생술, 중증 감염성 쇼크, 응급의학적 조기 대응 등 응급상황에서의 생존율 향상과 예후 예측을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히, 외과적 심폐소생술(ECPR), 혈액 내 락트산 및 단백질 생체지표를 활용한 예후 평가, 응급실 혼잡도가 응급처치 품질에 미치는 영향 등 실질적인 임상 적용에 초점을 맞춘 연구를 지속적으로 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 감염성 쇼크 환자의 생존 예측 모델 개발과 개인보호장비 착탈 과정에서의 오염 위험 분석을 통해 응급의료의 안전성과 효율성 향상에도 기여하고 있습니다.

Lactate levels in metformin users were initially elevated in the early phase of resuscitation from severe sepsis and septic shock. However, there was no significant difference in lactate levels, LC, and normalization over the initial 24 h period based on metformin use.
Oxygenation category, as represented by initial Scvo2 and lactate levels, was significantly associated with 28-day mortality in patients with severe sepsis or septic shock. Associations between Scvo2 ≥70% and 28-day survival were observed only in patients without severe lactic acidosis.
