연구실 소개

윤일구 교수의 연구실은 고성능 반도체 소자 및 통합 패assed 소자 기술을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 14nm 노드의 절연형 피나트리플레트( FinFET ) 소자의 공정 변동성 분석과 임피던스 필드 방법을 활용한 소자 특성 최적화에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 다이오드 및 임베디드 수동소자에 대한 고주파 성능 분석과 모델링 기술도 함께 개발하고 있습니다. 이는 차세대 고속·저전력 통신 및 반도체 시스템 설계에 기여할 수 있는 기초 기술을 확보하기 위함입니다.
