김인걸 교수의 연구실은 조직공학과 생체재료를 기반으로 한 인공기관 재생을 핵심 목표로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 기도, 식도, 성기 등 다양한 생체조직의 기능적 재건을 위해 혈관 및 신경 재생을 동시에 고려한 다층 구조의 생체적합성 스크랩 및 세포-생체재료 복합체를 개발하고 있습니다. 유도만능줄기세포(iPSC), 간엽줄기세포, 지방줄기세포를 활용한 세포기반 치료 전략과 함께, 생체모방적 생체재료(예: 히알루론산, PCL 나노섬유, ECM)의 응용을 통해 조직 재생의 효율성을 극대화하고자 합니다.
