연구실 소개
김인향 교수의 연구실은 환경독소 노출이 아동의 정신건강과 발달에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 비스페놀, 프탈레이트, PFAS 등 환경호르몬 물질의 임신기 및 유아기 노출이 주의력결핍과잉행동장애(ADHD) 및 자폐양태와 관련이 있는지 다각도로 분석하고 있으며, 미토콘드리아 기능 이상과 유전적 생물학적 마커를 통한 병태생리 기전 규명에도 주력하고 있습니다. 장기적인 발달 추적 연구를 바탕으로 환경요법 및 조기 간 interventions의 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다.

Objective: To examine the association between variants of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor subunit-encoding genes ( GRIN2A and GRIN2B) and continuous performance test (CPT) variables in ADHD and healthy controls.
