연구실 소개
최인실 교수의 연구실은 소견암, 위암, 대장암과 같은 소화기계 암의 분자생물학적 특성과 치료 반응을 이해하고자 하는 분야에서 핵심적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 순환 종양 DNA(액체 생검)를 활용한 유전자 프로파일링과 제3선 치료 후 생존율에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석을 통해 개인화된 암 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 고령 환자를 대상으로 한 치료 유효성과 안전성 평가, 철결핍 빈혈이 백혈구 수치에 미치는 영향 등 임상적 실용성을 고려한 연구도 진행 중입니다.

The polarization of the outgoing photon in the decay process B\ensuremath{\rightarrow}${K}^{\mathbf{*}}$\ensuremath{\gamma} followed by the decay process ${K}^{\mathbf{*}}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}K\ensuremath{\pi} is considered and it is shown that information on form factors in the B decay can be obtained through the photon polarization.
