연구실 소개
정재훈 교수의 연구실은 유전자 및 분자생물학 기반의 질병 메커니즘 규명과 함께, 특히 유방재건 수술의 임상적 결과 최적화를 목표로 하고 있습니다. 주로 자가 조직 이식을 활용한 유방재건에서 발생할 수 있는 합병증 예측 모델을 기계학습 기법을 활용해 개발하며, 환자의 미용적 결과와 기능적 회복을 동시에 고려한 맞춤형 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 특히 방사선 치료를 고려한 볼륨 오버코렉션 전략이나 수술 후 어깨 기능 회복 평가 등 임상적 실용성을 강조하는 연구가 두드러집니다.

A 49-year-old female was admitted to our hospital for acute pancreatitis.
