연구실 소개
박재훈 교수의 연구실은 비임상적 뇌전이 예측 및 폐암 환자에서의 뇌전이 위험도 분류에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 비소세포성 폐암 환자에서 뇌전이 발생 위험을 높이는 임상적 요인을 규명하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 실험적 만성 부비동염 모델을 구축하여 부비동의 해부학적 차단과 폐렴균 감염이 부비동에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석함으로써 만성 부비동염의 병태생리적 메커니즘을 규명하고자 합니다. 이와 같은 연구는 임상적 예측 모델 개발과 병행하여 질병의 조기 진단 및 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고 있습니다.
