연구실 소개

이재형 교수의 연구실은 초전도체와 위상절연체를 결합한 신소재 장치를 중심으로, 표면에 국한된 조지프슨 효과와 비국소 전류의 거동을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 알루미늄-위상절연체-알루미늄(S-TI-S) 구조에서 관측되는 프라운호퍼형 임계전류 조절 특성과, 이로 인한 강력한 자기장 내 안정성을 규명하고 있습니다. 이는 위상적 전도성 상태를 활용한 저손실 전자소자 및 토폴로지 큐비트 개발에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.
