연구실 소개

배재현 교수의 연구실은 당뇨병 및 대사질환의 유병률과 관리 상태, 특히 SGLT2 억제제와 DPP-4 억제제 등 신약 치료제가 신기능에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 한 임상 및 메타분석 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 당뇨병과 관련된 합병증, 특히 신장 손상에 대한 예방적 효과와 장기적인 관리 전략을 탐구하며, 생물학적 기전을 규명하기 위한 분자생물학적 연구도 병행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 오메가-3 지방산의 심혈관계 영향에 대한 임상시험 결과의 갈등을 분석하며, 개인 맞춤형 대사 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다.
