연구실 소개
김재현 교수의 연구실은 주로 소아 체성 발달 및 만성질환의 조기 식별에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 소아 비만, 대사증후군, 당뇨병의 유병률 증가 추세를 정밀 분석하고 있습니다. 성장표준 개선, 비만 관련 위험요인 분석, 수술 후 회복 과정에서의 생리적 변화(예: 위배출 장애)에 이르기까지 임상적·역학적 접근을 통해 소아청소년의 장기 건강을 증진하는 데 목적이 있습니다. 최근에는 국가 건강 조사 자료를 기반으로 한 대규모 데이터 분석과 함께, 임상적 적용이 가능한 생체지표의 유효성 검증에도 힘쓰고 있습니다.

Our initial results suggest that long-term motion segment culture is practical, and the inclusion of vertebral bodies will facilitate anchoring during biomechanical stimulation. The prevalence of microalbuminuria is not prominent in obese children and adolescents. Our findings demonstrated that the presence of hypertension and hyperglycemia was associated with microalbuminuria. Especially Hemoglobin A1c was associated with microalbuminuria in youths regardless of weight status. Microalbuminuria in pediatric population can be a helpful marker for the risk of cardiovascular disease.
