연구실 소개

한재준 교수의 연구실은 생분해성 생체고분자 기반의 기능성 포장재와 식품소재 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 주로 폴리카프로락톤(PCL), 쌀단백질, 콩단백질, 녹두전분 등 천연 고분자를 활용해 기계적·물리적·생물학적 기능을 갖춘 신소재를 설계하고 있으며, 항산화제, 식물성 추출물, 미세영양소 등을 내장하여 활성포장 및 대체육 소재의 안정성과 기능성을 향상시키는 데 주력하고 있습니다. 특히, 지속 가능한 식품 포장과 기능성 식품소재의 실용화를 위한 기초 및 응용 연구를 병행하고 있습니다.
