연구실 소개
양재문 교수의 연구실은 암 생물학과 나노의학을 융합한 혁신적 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 표적 치료에 대한 내성 문제를 해결하기 위한 신호전달 경로의 다각적 분석과, 나노소재 기반 광열 치료, 그리고 MRI 레이디오믹스를 활용한 암 진단 알고리즘 개발이 핵심 연구 방향입니다. 또한, DNA의 환경 민감한 구조 전이를 실시간으로 감지할 수 있는 나노기계 센서 기술 개발을 통해 생체 분자의 기계적 특성과 기능적 변화를 정량적으로 분석하고자 합니다.
