이재석 교수의 연구실은 의료 영상 기반의 정확한 생체 조직 부피 측정 기술과 암 진단의 정밀도 향상을 위한 세포 및 분자 수준의 분석을 핵심으로 합니다. 특히 초음파와 MRI를 이용한 전립선 부피 측정, 암세포의 세균형태학적 특징 분석, 그리고 나노물질의 광학적 특성 제어에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 임상 진단의 정확성 향상과 새로운 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고자 하는 목표를 바탕으로 합니다.

15INTRODUCTION: There are relatively few studies that compare the use of transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to estimate the prostate volume. In this study, we compared the prostate volumes measured with MRI and TRUS with a surgical specimen volume. BACKGROUND: We investigated the diagnostic and prognostic usefulness of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) expression in Asian rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) patients. Cerium-doped nanophosphor particles were synthesized using flame spray pyrolysis (FSP) from urea-added nitrate liquid precursor with different molar ratios of yttrium to aluminum.
