연구실 소개
전재욱 교수의 연구실은 조직 내 리더십, 멘토링, 상하위 관계(리더-멤버 교류) 및 정서지능이 조직 성과와 조직 시민행동에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 탐구합니다. 특히 리더십의 전환적 특성과 정서지능, 신뢰, 피드백 태도 등 개인적 요인들이 조직 내 상호작용과 성과에 어떻게 기여하는지 실증적으로 분석합니다. 한국 기업과 군대 조직을 대상으로 한 종단적 연구와 다수의 면담 데이터를 기반으로 한 정교한 분석 모델을 개발하고 있습니다.

This study examined the roles of mentors’ and protégés’ emotional intelligence and protégés’ trust in the mentors in formal mentoring relationships.
