연구실 소개

하재원 교수의 연구실은 식품 안전을 위한 혁신적 소독 기술 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 주로 근적외선(NIR) 열처리와 자외선(UV) 조합, 또는 유산 스프레이와의 융합을 통해 식중독 원인 병원균인 샤론넬라, 대장균 O157:H7, 리스트리오박테리움 등을 효과적으로 제거하는 기술을 연구합니다. 또한, 이러한 처리 방식이 식품의 색소, 맛, 품질에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 평가하여 기술의 실용화 가능성을 높이고자 합니다.
