연구실 소개
박제욱 교수의 연구실은 심장 부정맥, 특히 심방세동의 기전과 치료 전략에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 카테터 ablation을 통한 부정맥 치료의 장기적 효과와 생리학적 기전을 분석하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 고압성 심방 기능, 신장 기능 변화, 성별에 따른 약물 반응성 등 다양한 생리적 요인과 부정맥 재발 간의 연관성을 규명하고자 하며, 치료 전략의 개인화를 위한 기초 데이터를 제공하고 있습니다. 특히 심방의 기계적 특성과 전기적 기능 간의 상관관계를 탐구함으로써, 보다 정교한 부정맥 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고 있습니다.
