연구실 소개
노재열 교수 연구실은 만성 폐질환, 간세포생식세포암, 알레르기성 천식, 피부질환 등에서 염증 및 세포 신호전달 경로의 역할을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 MMP-9, JAK1, EphA3와 같은 신호분자와 유전자 변형이 질병 진행에 미치는 영향을 분자생물학적·분자유전자학적 접근으로 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 천연물 추출물과 약물의 항염증 및 면역조절 작용에 대한 기전 연구를 통해 신약 개발 가능성도 탐색하고 있습니다.
