연구실 소개

정재호 교수의 연구실은 위암의 생물학적 특성과 치료 반응을 이해하기 위해 분자유전자 기반의 정밀의료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향은 미세위상다형성(미세위상다형성), PD-L1 발현, 대사 재편성, 그리고 간경화세포(CSC)의 에너지 대사 특성과 관련된 기전을 규명하는 데 집중합니다. 특히, 환자의 종양 조직을 기반으로 한 환자 유래 종양 모델(PDX)과 기계학습 기반 유전자 서열 분석을 통해 치료 반응 예측 및 개인 맞춤 치료 전략을 제시하고 있습니다. 이는 위암 환자의 예후 예측과 신약 타겟 발굴에 기여하고 있습니다.
