연구실 소개

김재환 교수의 연구실은 주로 대사성 질환과 뇌질환에서의 신호전달 분자, 특히 아데노신 및 레이크틴계열 생물활성물질의 기능과 역할을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 당뇨병성 신손상과 뇌허혈에 대한 신호 경로 규명을 통해 치료적 타겟을 모색하고 있으며, 특히 약물 및 자연소재를 활용한 비약리적 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 최근에는 한국인의 고유한 건강소재인 홍삼의 모낭 자극 효과에 대한 객관적 평가도 함께 수행하고 있습니다.
