연구실 소개
이재환 교수의 연구실은 생체의학 영상 진단과 생체재료 기반의 약물 전달 시스템, 생체신호 모니터링 기술에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 간세포생성암(hepatocellular carcinoma)의 영상 특징 분석, 생체 적합성 및 생분해성 소재를 활용한 안과용 약물 전달 장치 개발, 그리고 생체 신호를 초고감도로 측정할 수 있는 생분해성 스트레인 센서의 설계 및 응용을 핵심 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 이는 질병 조기 진단, 수술 정밀도 향상 및 개인 맞춤형 치료에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.

15A typical enhancement of HCCs on MDCT was not unusual (43.6%) and WD and PD HCCs account for most of the atypical enhancement patterns. Early washout favoured MD and PD HCCs rather than WD HCCs, whereas in our study the presence of intratumoral aneurysm was a highly specific finding for PD HCC.

We present the first estimate of the prevalence of GCD2. Although uncommon, the prevalence of GCD2 in Korea is greater than anticipated. We believe that our approach could potentially be applied to estimating the prevalence of other rare diseases.

We study conformational transitions of a polymer on a simple-cubic lattice by calculating the zeros of the exact partition function, up to chain length 24.
