연구실 소개

장재일 교수의 연구실은 나노기계적 특성 측정 기술을 중심으로 나노스케일 물질의 기계적 거동과 구조-성질 상관관계를 연구합니다. 특히 나노인덴테이션 및 원자력 현미경을 활용한 나노와이어와 게르마늄, 실리콘 등의 반도체 나노재료의 기계적 거동과 상변화 거동을 정밀하게 분석하며, 나노스케일에서의 상호작용과 기계적 성질의 기초 원리를 규명하는 데 초점을 맞춥니다. 이는 나노소재의 안정성 및 응용 가능성을 높이는 데 기여합니다.
