연구실 소개

이장익 교수의 연구실은 순환기계능 모니터링 기술과 신경질환의 기전 및 치료법에 대한 기초 및 임상 연구를 중심으로 전개되고 있습니다. 특히 전기심전도와 생체저항 측정을 융합한 연속적이고 이식 가능한 혈관질환 모니터링 기술 개발에 주력하고 있으며, 신경압박 증후군과 같은 신경외과적 질환의 해부학적 기전과 수술적 치료 전략에 대해서도 깊이 있는 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 전립선절제술 후 성기능 장애의 기전과 약물치료 효과에 대한 실험적 평가를 통해 임상적 응용가능성을 모색하고 있습니다.

Female sex, median daily dexamethasone dose ≥2 mg after initiation of CCRT until 4 weeks after completion of CCRT may be associated with acute lymphopenia. Clinical Relevance of Interictal Spikes in Tumor-Related Epilepsy: An Electrocorticographic Study

In these cases of tumor-related epilepsy, the extent of the resection of ECoG interictal spikes was not associated with postoperative seizure outcomes. Furthermore, the presence of interictal spike sources outside of the resection area was not related to seizure outcomes. Instead, concentrating more on the complete removal of the brain tumor appears to be a rational approach.
