연구실 소개

문장섭 교수의 연구실은 신경과학과 약리학의 융합을 바탕으로 뇌질환, 특히 간질, 알츠하이머병, 체위성 빈맥증 등 신경계 질환의 병태생리와 약물 저항성 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 신경퇴행성 질환에서의 미크로RNA 발현 변화와 항경련제 유발 부작용의 유전적 소인(예: HLA-A*2402)을 규명하며 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고 있습니다. 신경영상, 분자생물학적 기법 및 임상 연구를 융합한 다학제적 접근이 특징입니다.
