연구실 소개

박장연 교수 연구실은 전자재료 및 나노소재 분야에서 활발한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 주로 산화지르코니아 기반 산소 이온 도핑 및 센서 소자, 펄스 자기적 특성을 가진 편성 편성 펌웨어를 포함한 소자 응용에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 의료 영상 기술 분야에서도 자기공명 영상(MRI)의 고해상도 및 운동 아티팩트 저감 기술 개발을 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 고성능 펌웨어 소자 설계와 함께 생체의학 영상 기술의 융합 연구가 두드러집니다.

Fe–Nb–B–N films with good soft magnetic properties were fabricated by Ar+N2 reactive sputtering. The quaternary films have better soft magnetic properties than that of Fe–Nb–B films. The best magnetic properties are saturation magnetization of 16.5 kG, coercivity of 0.13 Oe and effective permeability of about 5000 up to 10 MHz.
