연구실 소개

탁정애 교수의 연구실은 항암제인 아르테미신 유도체의 생물학적 활성과 암세포 표적 치료제로의 응용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 아르테미신 유도체의 다량체 유도체가 암세포에 뛰어난 세포독성 작용을 보임을 규명하며, 새로운 항암제 개발에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 루테니움 기반 유기금속 염료를 활용한 태양전지(염료감응형 태양전지)의 효율 향상 연구도 병행하고 있습니다. 이는 에너지 변환 소재로서의 금속 유기 복합체의 응용 가능성을 탐색하는 학제간 연구의 일환입니다.
