SJR Q1Advanced Materials

A transparent and stretchable all-graphene multifunctional electronic-skin sensor matrix is developed. Three different functional sensors are included in this matrix: humidity, thermal, and pressure sensors. These are judiciously integrated into a layer-by-layer geometry through a simple lamination process.

SJR Q1The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters

High-quality and millimeter-sized perovskite single crystals of CsPbBr 3 and Cs 4 PbBr 6 were prepared in organic solvents and studied for correlation between photocurrent generation and photoluminescence (PL) emission. The CsPbBr 3 crystals, which have a 3D perovskite structure, showed a highly sensitive photoresponse and poor PL signal. In contrast, Cs 4 PbBr 6 crystals, which have a 0D perovskite structure, exhibited more than 1 order of magnitude higher PL intensity than CsPbBr 3, which gene

Abstract The preparation of ferroelectric polymer–metallic nanowire composite nanofiber triboelectric layers is described for use in high‐performance triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs). The electrospun polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)–silver nanowire (AgNW) composite and nylon nanofibers are utilized in the TENGs as the top and bottom triboelectric layers, respectively. The electrospinning process facilitates uniaxial stretching of the polymer chains, which enhances the formation of the highly o

SJR Q1Nano Letters

A high-performance low-voltage graphene field-effect transistor (FET) array was fabricated on a flexible polymer substrate using solution-processable, high-capacitance ion gel gate dielectrics. The high capacitance of the ion gel, which originated from the formation of an electric double layer under the application of a gate voltage, yielded a high on-current and low voltage operation below 3 V. The graphene FETs fabricated on the plastic substrates showed a hole and electron mobility of 203 +/-

With the emergence of human interface technology, the development of new applications based on stretchable electronics such as conformal biosensors and rollable displays are required. However, the difficulty in developing semiconducting materials with high stretchability required for such applications has restricted the range of applications of stretchable electronics. Here, we present stretchable, printable, and transparent transistors composed of monolithically patterned graphene films. This m

SJR Q1ACS Nano

MXenes, an emerging class of two-dimensional (2D) transition metal carbides and nitrides, have potential for application as high-performance, low-cost electrodes in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) because of their water dispersibility, high conductivity, and work-function tunability. In this study, we successfully fabricated a large-scale, uniform Ti3C2Tx MXene electrode array on a flexible plastic substrate for application in high-performance OFETs. The work function of the Ti3C2Tx MXe

We fabricated dye-sensitized MoS2 photodetectors that utilized a single-layer MoS2 treated with rhodamine 6G (R6G) organic dye molecules (with an optical band gap of 2.38 eV or 521 nm). The proposed photodetector showed an enhanced performance with a broad spectral photoresponse and a high photoresponsivity compared with the properties of the pristine MoS2 photodetectors. The R6G dye molecules deposited onto the MoS2 layer increased the photocurrent by an order of magnitude due to charge transfe

SJR Q1Nature CommunicationsOA

Recently, three-terminal synaptic devices have attracted considerable attention owing to their nondestructive weight-update behavior, which is attributed to the completely separated terminals for reading and writing. However, the structural limitations of these devices, such as a low array density and complex line design, are predicted to result in low processing speeds and high energy consumption of the entire system. Here, we propose a vertical three-terminal synapse featuring a remote weight
