연구실 소개
정혜림 교수의 연구실은 주로 폐암, 어린이 흉부질환, 혈액질환 및 혈관성형질환을 중심으로 종양 생물학과 소아 혈액·종양학 분야에서의 기초 및 임상 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 비소세포성 폐암에서 AKT 신호전달 경로의 이소형 역할 규명과 함께, 유아성 혈관종의 병태생리학적 특성과 프로프라놀롤 치료 반응 예측 지표 탐색에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 어린이에서의 폐렴, 혈전증, 유전성 용혈성 빈혈 등 소아기 질환의 진단 및 예후 평가를 위한 생물학적 마커 연구도 진행 중입니다.
