연구실 소개

정지헌 교수의 연구실은 주로 암 치료를 위한 첨단 나노의학 기반의 표적 치료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, PD-L1 표적을 이용한 나노입자 시스템을 통해 결장암, 삼중음성유방암 등 치료가 어려운 암 종양에 대한 정밀한 약물 전달과 병용 치료 효과를 극대화하고 있습니다. 또한, 산화 스트레스와 저산소 상태 등 암 미세환경을 고려한 자극 반응형 나노소재 개발을 통해 암세포의 특성에 맞춘 지능형 치료제를 설계하고 있습니다.
