연구실 소개

정종우 교수의 연구실은 병원성 곤충 및 기생충, 특히 말라리아 모기와 소나무잎벌레진균 등 산림과 공중보건에 중대한 영향을 미치는 생물들의 유전적 구조와 진화를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 국내외에서 발생하는 병원성 생물의 유전자 다양성, 분포 패턴, 그리고 이동 메커니즘을 분자유전학적 기법을 통해 규명하고자 하며, 생태계 보존과 병해충 관리에 기여할 수 있는 기초 자료를 확보하고자 합니다. 연구는 주로 미세유전자 마커, 유전자 서열 분석, 그리고 분자형질분석 기법을 활용하여 진행됩니다.

Two Genetic Lineages of Sea Slaters, Ligia (Crustacea: Isopoda) in South Korea: a Population Genetic Approach

In this study, the species composition and population genetic properties of the sea slater, Ligia, in South Korea were investigated using mitochondrial and nuclear gene sequences. Y-STR Genetic Structure of the Most Common Surnames in Korea

The genetic pattern of the Y-chromosomal short tandem repeat (Y-STR) haplotypes of 542 unrelated males having the five most common surnames was analyzed to evaluate their usefulness for Korean forensic science and to provide the basic information for Korean genetic genealogy. We identified 439 Y-STR haplotypes, with 385 (87.7%) being found once. Each of the most common Korean surnames examined here showed high haplotype diversity (>0.9949), indicating that Y-STR haplotypes are very heterogeneous

New Record of a Naidid Oligochaete Species, Ripistes parasita (Annelida: Clitellata: Naididae) from Korea

An aquatic oligochaete species, Ripistes parasita (Schmidt, 1847) collected from Ganghwado Island in Korea,is described and illustrated. Specimens inhabiting on aquatic vegetation at the edge of the streams were collected with a plankton hand net. 생태 감수성과 배려적 사고에 대한 생태교육 프로그램 개발 가능성 연구: 초등학교 고학년을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 생태 감수성과 배려적 사고의 요소들을 유기적으로 접목하여, 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 한 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 이것의 실행 가능성을 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 문헌 연구를 통해 생태 감수성 개념을 구성하는 요소를 분석 및 재구성한 다음, 철학교육 프로그램(IAPC)의 다차원적 사고 모형(MTA) 구성 요소 중 배려적 사고 개념에서 제안하고 있는 가치 기준들과의 유기적 연결을 시도해보았다. 그 결과, 생태 감수성 개념은 자연 그 자체에 대한 느낌과 자연을 위해 공감하는 것을 핵심 구성 요소로 삼고 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 배려적 사고는 그 개념 자체가 이미 가치 부여적 특징을 가지고 있기 때문에 부분적인 것들을 연결해나갈 수 있는 인지적 성격을 가지게 되므로, 생태 문제와 관련하여 정서, 판단, 행동의 유기적 연결에 기여할 수 있다고 보았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 생태 문제에 대한 느낌과 공감 범주에 포함되어 있다고 여겨지는 경이로움, 생명애, 감정
