연구실 소개
정만표 교수의 연구실은 간질성 폐질환, 특히 폐섬유톱과 관련된 면역 및 염증 반응의 분자 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 자가면역성 혈관염, 폐치유 장애, 그리고 폐섬유톱의 유전적 소인과 환경적 자극의 상호작용에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 폐암과의 연관성 및 영상 소견의 임상적 의미를 규명하는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다. 최근에는 치료 반응이 불완전한 조직다발성 폐염(COP)의 영상 소견 지속성과 관련된 생체지표를 탐색하는 데에도 주력하고 있습니다.
