연구실 소개
문정락 교수의 연구실은 염증성 장질환, 특히 궤양성 대장염과 크론병의 생물학적 기전과 임상적 관리 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 혈액 수치 지표(NLR, PLR)와 장내 미생물, 염증 마커의 연관성, 장기적인 의료비 추이 분석을 통해 질환의 조기 진단 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 장암 발생 메커니즘과 관련된 TGF-β1 및 XAF1 단백질의 역할 규명을 통해 암 전단계의 분자 기전을 탐색하고 있습니다.
