연구실 소개
정우경 교수의 연구실은 영상의학과 영상생물정보학 분야에서 비침습적 간질환 평가 및 수술 계획 지원을 위한 첨단 영상 분석 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 초음파 엘라스토그래피, 레이디오믹스, 영상유전학 기반 간암의 분자표현형 추적, 그리고 딥러닝 기반 간장기 및 혈관 구조 자동분할 기술 개발을 통해 간질환의 정밀진단과 수술 전 계획의 정확성을 향상시키는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 영상과 유전자 정보를 융합한 새로운 진단 지표 개발과 임상적 적용 가능성을 높이기 위한 실용성 중심의 기술 혁신을 추구하고 있습니다.
