연구실 소개
박정우 교수의 연구실은 유전적 변이와 암 발생 메커니즘을 중심으로, 특히 L1 역행복제와 관련된 체세포 유전자 변화, 그리고 허브 성분인 커큐민의 항암 작용 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 눈의 발달을 조절하는 PAX6 단백질의 이소형 생성과 mRNA 백신의 임상적 응용 가능성 등 분자 생물학적 기전에 대한 심층적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 식물성 기름의 열분해 과정에서 산화와 수분 변화의 상호작용을 분석하는 응용 연구도 진행 중입니다.

Abstract The role of oxygen‐limitation on lipid oxidation and moisture content were tested in corn oil heated to 60, 100, and 140 °C. The degree of oxidation was determined by analyzing headspace oxygen content, conjugated dienoic acids (CDA), and p ‐anisidine value ( p ‐AV).
