연구실 소개

허정욱 교수의 연구실은 대장암의 병리학적 특성과 예후 요법에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 병변의 해부학적 위치, 조직학적 유형, 수술 이외의 생체지표(예: CEA 수치)와 림프절 전이 패atters가 장기 예후에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 특히 아노스타모시스 유출, 점막성 아데노카르시노마의 임상적 특성, 수술 전 생체지표를 통한 예후 예측 등 임상적 실용성을 고려한 정밀의료 기반 연구를 지속하고 있습니다. 장기 추적 관찰을 기반으로 한 대장암 환자의 생존율 및 재발 위험도를 정량적으로 평가하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

A circumferential resection margin of ≤1 mm had a strong association with disease-free survival compared with circumferential resection margins ≤0.5, ≤2.0, and ≤3 mm.
