연구실 소개

이 연구실은 약물 대사 및 유전적 소인에 기반한 약물 반응의 개인차를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 CYP450 효소 유전자 다형성, NAT2 및 POR 유전자와 같은 약물 대사 관련 유전자와 약물 부작용, 치료 반응 간의 연관성을 체계적 문헌 고찰 및 메타분석을 통해 규명하고자 합니다. 또한 감염성 질환(예: 코로나19)과 환경 요인(대기오염)이 특정 집단(예: 임신부)에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 임상적· epidemiologic적 접근을 통해 분석하고 있습니다.
