연구실 소개
홍정용 교수의 연구실은 간세포생식기암( hepatocellular carcinoma )과 혈액세포질환(MDS)을 중심으로 암의 분자유전학적 특성과 면역치료 반응을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 퇴행성 암에서의 면역검사제 반응 예측을 위한 유전체, 전사체, 면역세포 프로파일링을 통합적으로 분석하며, 표적치료에 대한 내성 메커니즘 규명에도 주력하고 있습니다. 이는 새로운 생물학적 표적과 치료 전략 개발로 이어지는 핵심 연구 방향입니다.
