연구실 소개

문정환 교수의 연구실은 줄기세포 대사 조절, 면역세포 기반의 림프절 구조 기능 조절, 그리고 신경세포 및 종양세포에서의 세포 소기관 기반 약물 축적 메커니즘을 중심으로 한 분야 간 융합 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 mitochondrial 기능과 산화 스트레스가 지방세포 분화 및 종양 치료 반응에 미치는 영향을 다루며, photodynamic therapy 및 광생물조절 치료의 기전 규명에도 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 운동 분석에서의 지상 반력 예측 기술 개발을 통해 임상적 응용 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다.
