연구실 소개

최정일 교수의 연구실은 유체역학과 열역학을 기반으로 한 실내 공기질 및 오염물질 확산 메커니즘을 연구합니다. 특히 인간 활동이 유발하는 공기 흐름 변화가 병원, 제약 공장 등의 정밀 환경에서 오염물질 확산에 미치는 영향을 수치 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 분석합니다. 고해상도 수치 해석 기법과 입자 추적 기반의 유동 해석을 활용해, 실내 환경의 안전성과 효율성을 높이는 기초 기술을 개발하고 있습니다.

Achieving single channel, full duplex wireless communication

This paper discusses the design of a single channel full-duplex wireless transceiver. The design uses a combination of RF and baseband techniques to achieve full-duplexing with minimal effect on link reliability. Experiments on real nodes show the full-duplex prototype achieves median performance that is within 8% of an ideal full-duplexing system.

The Lagrangian dispersion of fluid particles in inhomogeneous turbulence is investigated by a direct numerical simulation of turbulent channel flow. Recent work has shown the possibility of implementing full-duplex wireless radios using commodity hardware. We discuss the possibility of extending full-duplex designs to support multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) systems. We explore how such a design could lead to a rethinking of wireless networks.
