연구실 소개
손정일 교수의 연구실은 비알코올성 간지확인(NAFLD)의 유병률과 위험인자 규명을 중심으로, 비만과 관계없이 인슐린 저항성 및 만성 염증이 간질환에 미치는 영향을 깊이 있게 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 대장암과 관련된 전조증성 병변인 선종과 간지확인, 근육량 감소와 대장신생물 간의 연관성 등 대사질환과 소화기계 종양 간의 병태생리학적 연관성을 탐구하고 있습니다. 특히 초음파, 생체전도법, 생화학적 검사 등을 기반으로 한 정밀한 임상 연구를 통해 개인 맞춤형 예방 전략 개발에 기여하고 있습니다.
